摘要

当运用蓄洪区抵御特大洪水时,蓄洪区内人员与财产的安全转移是各有关部门必须考虑的问题之一。本文将蓄洪区灾民撤退过程置于一定的时空域中加以考查,对撤退过程进行定位、定量的空间动态分析模拟。综合运用地理信息系统技术、计算机模拟技术与交通分配理论,探讨了撤退过程动态模拟的技术与方法,开发了蓄洪区灾民撤退过程动态模拟模型。

Abstract

The concerned burean must pay close attention to the safe shifting of victim residents and property in flood storage regions which are taken as main projects to treat catastrophic flood. Based on the spatial and temporal characteristics of retreating process of the victim residents, the paper analyse and simulate the resident retreating process. Led by GIS technique,computer simulation technique and transport allocation theory, the paper study on the dynamic simulation method and technique of resident retreating process and creat the dynamic simulation model of resident retreating process.
