所谓农业指标温度就是能指示农业作业的温度,日平均温度0°、5°、10°、15℃和10℃以上温度的积算温度等就是这种农业指标温度。春季日平均温度0℃出现日期就代表冬季已过、积雪融解与土壤解冻的开始日子。秋季日平均温度0℃出现的日子就代表土壤开始冻结和田间耕作中止的日子。

The so-called "agricultural characteristic temperature" denotes the daily mean temperature of 0°, 5°, 10° or 15°C and accumulated temperatures of 10°C up. Every different mean temperature is chaaacteristic of a certain rural phenomenon, e，g., daily mean temperature above 0°C charactsrizes the farming season; above 5°C, the period of growth; above 10°C, the time of buoyant growth; and above 15°C, the period for planting cotton and rice. The accumulated temperatures of 10°C up are to a certain degree correlated with the distribution of crops.
