控制中国气候主要之因子有三:(1)水陆之分布,(2)山岳之阻隔与高度,(3)风暴。(1)中国地居北纬十八度与五十三度之间。其东西之幅员以北纬四十度附近为最广,南部稍狭,故热带区域仅占全国面积2.4%。
