摘要: 在分析北京地理、气候特征的基础上,重点研究了北京地区干旱、洪涝、高温、风沙、雷 电等5项气候灾害的演变趋势及其对城市建设各方面的影响,并有针对性地提出政策性和技术 性防御对策。

关键词: 气候灾害, 北京, 可持续发展

Abstract: Beijing is located in one of vulnerable climate zones in the world. In last decade, climate extreme events and meteorological disasters frequently happened, causing economic losses as high as 1-1.5 billion yuan every year in this city. In this paper, the main climate disasters such as droughts, floods, high temperature, sandstorms and lightning are analyzed with observed data sets for last 50 years in Beijing, respectively. The characteristics of each disaster are summarized and then their impacts on socioeconomic development studied. Finally, some adaptating and mitigating strategies are put out as references for decision making.
