投资环境评价空间模型支持系统的设计与应用

摘要: 为了加强GIS在空间信息的时空分布模式、模拟与预测空间事物的发展与变化等方面的模型分析功能,使其在应用领域中发挥出更大作用,在“昌九工业走廊多媒体投资环境信息系统”的研究中,以基于ONCPRC的集成思想为指导,建立了“面向投资环境评价的空间模型支持系统”的结构框架,对其中的数据探索工具、数据子集的选取、多指标综合评价模型、“素材库”管理等具体方法,以及用户界面进行了设计。并以“昌九工业走廊”为试验区,完成了投资环境综合评价的实例研究,结果表明,本系统具有相当的实用性和可操作性。

Abstract: Present GIS is short of powerful analysing tools for the distribution and the change of spatial and temporal phenomena and events. In our research of" multimedia spatial information system for investment environment evaluation of Nanchang-JiuJiang industrial corridor", a GIS-based framework of spatial modelling support system for investment environment evaluation was built based on the rule of ONC RPC. The Principal function modules such as exploratory spatial data analysis, extraction of data sub-sets, multicriteria evaluation model, scenario management of this surport system and its user interface were discussed and designed. It can be proved the support system was plausible and utilizable by a case study on investment environment evaluation of Nanchang-Jiujiang industrial corridor using the system.
