摘要: 城市独特的双重排水体系以及城市化过程的不断加剧,使城市洪水问题的研究远较农村地区的洪水研究复杂。本文在总结国内外城市洪水研究经验的基础上,探讨利用地理信息系统(GIS)进行城市洪水过程的分析与模拟,提出了一些GIS求解策略,包括流域水文特征参数的提取、分布式降雨—径流模型及洪水演进模型,并应用于福建三明市1994年5月3日城市洪水过程的反演,取得较好的成果。

Abstract: The dual drainage system and urbanization makes the study on urban flooding more complicated than that of rural areas. This paper reviews literatures on urban flooding study, discusses the methedology for urban flooding analysis and modeling, and puts forward a series of GIS approaches to these problems. It covers several GIS and hydrologic areas, e. g.,extraction of hydrologic parameters for urban areas, distributed rainfall-runoff model based on GIS grid model for urban areas, flood routing model, integration of hydrologic models and GIS, and visualization of urban flooding process using GL and Explorer modular. These metheds have been applied to the modeling of urban flooding process of May 3, 1994 in Sanming city, Fujian province.This study has achieved a satisfactory result and will be of wide application value and theoretical significance to urban flooding simulation, GIS system integration, and visualization of environmental processes.
