空间信息的结构自适应模型

摘要: 空间地学信息包含全局线性趋势,局域时空线性趋势,周期信号,和非线性随机信号等信息。其中全局线性趋势信息由普通最小线性二乘法提取出来;考虑到空间地学过程可能的时空关联,局域时空线性趋势信息用时空线性回归方程提取;周期信息由Lomb频率法提取;非线性随机信息由误差反馈神经网络模型提取。提取出来的各类信息再由串行或并行法整合,分别代入训练样本集和检测样本集,利用模型诊断和概率预报指标体系,来调整模型控制参数和选取具有最好再生能力的模型,用于空间地学信息的模拟和预报。

Abstract: Spatial geo-information includes global linear trend, local temporal-spatial linear, cycles, nonlinear components, and white noise. The global linear trend is filtered out by ordinary linear least square; Considering the possible temporal-spatial correlation, the local temporal-spatial signal is filered out by 7 temporalspatial linear regression equation; The cycles are filered out by Lomb frequence method;the nonlienear components are filered out by error propogation neural network model.The components are integreted sequencely or simulteouly. With training dataset and testing dataset, and model diagnostic and prediction indices, the control parameters in the model are adjusted adaptively and the model with the hast generation is found and is used for spatial prediction.
