摘要: 本文利用《蓄洪区灾民撤退过程动态模拟(一)》一文中所开发的模拟模型,进行了君山农场灾民撤退过程的模拟研究。根据不同的决策参数,模拟各种撤退方案的结果,此外还进行了紧急情况应急处理模拟和撤退队伍空间位置的动态显示。试验结果表明,在现有条件下,君山农场灾民以步行方式和“就近上堤”原则转移,撤退距离最长的居民点人员可在80分钟内到达安置点;农场财产和物资的撤退以机动车运输为主,可在11个小时内完成撤退任务。

Abstract: Taking the dike surrounded Junshan farm of Dongting lake in Huhan province as an example, the paper researched of the simulation of victim evacuation by using the model in described in the paper one. Several schema of victim evacuation were conducted according to decision-making parameters. The position of evacuation under the emergent situation will be dynamically displayed on the screen. The testing results indicate that victim residents in Junshan farm can reach the nearest safe place from the most remote area on foot in 80 minutes under current circumstances and all the farm property can be transfered to safe places by vehicle in 11 hours.
